Charlie Willis has championed the involvement of The London Broker as a Founding Member of The Luxury Property Forum while inviting many companies to join the now extensive group of over 140 businesses.

TLPF is the official forum for the luxury property sector, bringing together these highly experienced and devoted members handpicked from every sector in luxury real estate and construction.

Members from each discipline benefit from bespoke introductions to and relationships with a wealth of other specialist firms in the luxury market. Through TLPF, their knowledge and experience enables collaboration to embrace the constant evolution of the global luxury property industry and recognise the need for innovation and sustainability. Having a background in Credit Suisse and UBS, Toby Fitzgerald and his team provides a suite of private family office services primarily specialising in res / non-dom UHNW clients.

CW London works with Canfordia on mostly non-core projects including work with sovereign wealth and private funds, commercial portfolio searches and sales, hotel projects and other property related assets.

Working closely with private banks and law firms, experience in handling situations involving the three D’s; death, divorce and debt, enable strategic advice to create workable and deliverable solutions.
