Charlie Willis became CEO at The London Broker in 2019 to collaborate with and pull together the finest, experienced independent property brokers handling some of the most important property sales and searches in the market, for increasingly varied client requirements. This multi-award-winning brokerage became the global preferred UK partner to coincide with the roll out of exciting new global private home projects from Kerzner’s One&Only Group. This ambitious brokerage business was bought by Harding Green in 2025 and has transitioned into providing services for brokers and professional connections with other leading firms.

Charlie Willis has championed the involvement of The London Broker as a Founding Member of The Luxury Property Forum while inviting many companies to join the now extensive group of over 140 businesses.
